Packaged Services Operations Manager – Corporate

Services (Dubai)



Job purpose

Reporting and working closely with the Head of Packaged Services, this role will be responsible for the

efficient management of the Packaged Services team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating and ensuring monthly invoices and client reports are delivered to clients as per the service

level agreements.



Monitoring profitability of fixed fees and utilisation of team.

Ensuring client requests are processed in accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Ensuring paralegals disseminate information, enquiries and feedback (including from the government

liaison team) back to associates and clients in accurately and in a timely way.

Working with members of the Packaged Services team on developing, implementing and maintaining:

process maps for Packaged Services offerings;

pricing lists;

template documents; and

other adhoc projects.

Assisting with the implementation of the ticketing system, client portals and other new technology.

Coordinating the Packaged Services paralegal team on a day to day basis and supervising their work

quality.



Assisting the Knowledge Management team with precedents and capturing related knowhow.

Assisting in marketing the firm’s Packaged Services capability.

Playing a key role in managing the referral of legal work from Packaged Services to the appropriate ‘core

law’ teams within Clyde & Co.

Undertaking or participating in projects or ad hoc duties as designated by the Head of Packaged

Services to benefit the group, such as reviews of systems or documenting how the group functions.

Based on direction from the Head of Packaged Services, take steps to address operational issues

within the Packaged Services team.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:
be educated up to degree level;



have had previous team management and project management skills; experience gained in the

professional services industry desirable;

have good interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence others; ability to interact with

internal and external clients at all levels.

be able to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities;

be willing and able to develop and implement ideas and strive for practical solutions;
